20 lbs. in 20 Days

Hey everybody,
Today is the first day of my 20 day weight loss challenge. I’ve done this before, and now I’m going to do it one final time. I don’t actually know if I have 20 lbs. to lose, but I’m going to do the challenge anyway, and see what I can lose, and how much muscle I end up gaining.
I’ve weighed in today, 185, and I’m going to see where this goes. I honestly can’t picture myself at 165…but I’m going to be gaining muscle as well. I have before pictures, and I’ll take some after pictures on Christmas Day.

I’ll be following along the diet and excercise program I created, The 20/20/20 Diet.
I’ll keep you all updated as I go along.
